30 Day Shred - Day 5

Just finished up workout #5 of the shred. Still some moves that feel challenging, others I am getting used to. My endurance has definitely improved, I am not panting nearly as bad as I was on day one but it is still a very intense sweaty workout.

I am positive that I will move on to level 2 on day 11!

Well I am off to do some cardio, total points eaten today 22 (sorry being too lazy to type out my menu today), total AP earned will be 6
